How ordering works
- Upload your STL, 3MF or STEP file on the homepage — the price appears in seconds and the file stays in your browser.
- Choose material, layer height, infill and quantity. Volume discounts apply from 10 parts.
- Place the order with your address. Nothing is paid at this point.
- We check the file and email a Stripe payment link with the confirmed price and lead time.
- Printed, inspected and dispatched within 48 hours by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Questions people ask
Is there a minimum order?
No. One part is fine. The minimum price is £3.50 per part, and there is no minimum order value or quantity — unlike the £30–£40 minimums common at industrial bureaus.
Is the online quote the final price?
Yes, unless the file needs fixing. A person checks every order before the payment link goes out, and the price on the link matches the quote unless we have emailed you about a change first.
Do you deliver outside London?
Yes, anywhere in the UK by Royal Mail. London orders are posted the same way; there is no collection.
Can I get one part printed cheaply?
Yes: a small part is £3.50 plus £5.45 tracked delivery, £8.95 in total. Add a second part or two and the order passes £40, at which point delivery is free.
